Q. What happens after the 24
monthly payments are finished?
A. Your Next Step Web site is yours. As long as you
maintain the annual hosting cost it will stay active.
Q. My domain is hosted at another
company, can I have my Next Step site hosted there?
A. The Simply Add Content tools were
developed by Vivid Image, Inc. and are only available through hosting
at Vivid Image, Inc..
Q. Can I add other functions
to the site - like an order form?
A. If you would like additional features or functionality
to your site, please talk to your Vivid Image representative (320)
587-8974. Please note that additional monthly charges may apply.
Q. You've told me I can update
text by myself, what about the images?
A. During the design process Vivid Image, Inc. will
help you identify where to use images for the most impact on your
visitors. On the 12th and 24th month of the Next Step program we'll
re-evaluate your site and incorporate any new images for you.
Q. How many pages can I have
on my Next Step Web site?
A. You can have as many pages as you like on a single
level navigation system. During the design process Vivid Image, Inc.
will guide you through some basic standards to keep your site content
organized and your visitors coming back.
Q. Can I add HTML links in my
content?
A. Yes. During the training you will be shown how to make this happen.
